An exciting opportunity exists at Kuranda District State College for a dynamic individual to fill a Temporary Teacher Aide role, in inclusion support. We're seeking an enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to support classroom activities, student welfare and administrative tasks, with training provided as needed. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a supportive school community that values student success, wellbeing, and inclusive education. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.47FTE), 36 hours per fortnight.

Kuranda District State College is a welcoming P-12 school of around 300 students, located in the rainforest community of Kuranda. Your Opportunity
As a Teacher Aide, you will support teachers in delivering quality learning by assisting with classroom activities, preparing materials, and supporting students, including those with additional needs. The role also includes supervision duties, basic clerical tasks, and contributing to student wellbeing and safety. Strong teamwork, communication, and a flexible approach are essential.
