About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Operate with high autonomy to provide strategic advice that shapes service delivery, drives change, and models best practice while balancing competing priorities.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks in a complex school environment, solving problems through analysis, innovation, and strategic planning.
- Lead and manage human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and staff development, while supporting change management and future capability building.
- Oversee financial and resource management, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial advice to improve practices and support school objectives.
- Manage facilities, resources, stakeholder engagement, and team culture, while leading communication, collaboration, and innovation across the school and broader community.
