We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the operational management of the schools resources. This is a temporary full-time position until 26 June 2026, unless otherwise determined. You will collaborate closely with the school leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that support out educational mission. About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Operate with high autonomy to provide strategic advice that shapes service delivery, drives change, and models best practice while balancing competing priorities.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks in a complex school environment, solving problems through analysis, innovation, and strategic planning.
  • Lead and manage human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and staff development, while supporting change management and future capability building.
  • Oversee financial and resource management, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial advice to improve practices and support school objectives.
  • Manage facilities, resources, stakeholder engagement, and team culture, while leading communication, collaboration, and innovation across the school and broader community.
