Your Responsibilities
As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Undertake routine activities including reception (telephone and counter enquiries)Respond to student and parent enquiries and provide accurate inform...ation in line with school policies.
- Issue student late/leave requests using IDAttend.
- Assist with the roll marking processes.
- Oversee day to day operations and data entry of enrolments and provide enrolment management policy advice.
- Coordinate enrolment interviews for the HOD Student Services, prepare enrolment documentation, and coordinate and assist with enrolment activities for new students.
- Maintain student administration systems for the purposes of reviewing student enrolment data, and producing and distributing statistical data.
- Ensure that student files and other official records are kept up to date.
- Assist in the management of payment plans, Centerpay, and identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
- Administer day to day Accounts Receivable processing (e.g. invoicing, receipting and banking).
- Be an active and visible presence within the school, contributing to a positive culture and smooth operations.
