We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive, secretarial, and confidential administrative support to the Principal/Executive Principal. As a key member of the school leadership support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school through expert coordination, communication, and administration.

Your Role

  • Provide high-level confidential administrative and executive support to the Principal/Executive Principal, including diary and calendar management, correspondence coordination, appointment scheduling, document preparation, and the production of advanced desktop-published materials.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, conferences, professional development activities, functions, and travel arrangements, including room bookings, registrations, accommodation, agenda preparation, minute taking, and the provision of secretariat services.
  • Maintain effective office operations by screening and prioritising communications, managing correspondence workflows, coordinating information dissemination, and providing advice on administrative procedures and business processes.
  • Prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes, and correspondence relating to human resources, financial management, and operational matters while contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative systems and school services.
  • Manage records and information systems, including records management processes, Right to Information requests, database administration, student and staff records, and the production of reports using corporate financial, human resource, and student management systems.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through liaison with government agencies, industry representatives, parents, and educational stakeholders; supervise and train administrative staff; assist with budget monitoring, procurement, corporate card administration, and financial reconciliation processes.
