Cairns West State School is seeking a collaborative and community-focused School Community Partnership Facilitator (Identified) to support our school in building strong partnerships that improve outcomes for students, families and communities.
As the School Community Partnership Facilitator, you will build strong partnerships with schools, families, community organisations and government agencies to improve student outcomes. Working as part of the Equity and Excellence Partnership initiative, you will support school leaders to co-design local solutions, strengthen community engagement, and coordinate
services that respond to the unique needs of regional, rural and remote school communities.

About the Role:
- Develop, connect and engage with key school, family and community stakeholders to inform local place-based action plans for shared outcomes as part of the Equity and Excellence Partnership initiative targeting tailored and differentiated support to regional, rural and remote Queensland state school sites.
- Assist partnership school leaders engage their communities through co-design as well as deliver in-school and cross-agency responses that promote effective service delivery, performance improvement and strengthened community connections.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, government agencies and community organisations.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives that strengthen community engagement and service delivery.
- Analyse local data to inform planning and identify community priorities.
- Support the delivery of the Partnership Initiative through place-based solutions and collaboration.
- Manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes and stakeholder support.
