Responsibilities:

• Roster Management: Collaborate with Team Leaders and senior management to build, maintain, and ensure compliance of rosters.
• Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation of resources for optimal staffing levels.
• Establishment Management: Provide essential support services, including leave verification and technical system support.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve rostering and payroll issues promptly to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in rostering and payroll services is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge or experience in SAP HR and IT skills are highly desirable.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with IWFM is a plus.
