Executive Director, Corporate Affairs is a critical influence within the organisation, providing leadership and authoritative advice to the Health Service Chief Executive and Gold Coast Hospital and Health Board in relation to strategic legal advice and solutions, media, public relations, internal and external communication, consumer engagement, key stakeholder management, brand management, corporate governance, risk management and compliance.
The role provides strategic leadership to the Corporate Affairs division, which includes the Office of the Chief Executive, the Board Office, Legal Services, Strategic Communication and Engagement, Corporate Governance, Assurance and Advisory Services, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Service, the Independent Patient Rights Advisory Service, and the Creative Health Hub.
This is a role for a strong and collaborative leader with demonstrated executive level success in a range of governance, advisory, communication and engagement disciplines.
