The Role

An opportunity has become available for two Senior Business Analyst to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

 You will

• Provide high-level advice on business analysis activities
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business operations and workflows
• Contribute to business case development, project planning, change management planning, ICT testing and user acceptance testing
• Build the capacity and self-sustaining capability of our staff through skill development and coaching

 About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded 
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

 Salary

• Permanent full time and temporary full time (one permanent position and one temporary position up to 12 months with the possibility of extension)
• Base salary ranging from $121 360 - $129 998 per annum or $4651.70 - $4982.80 per fortnight

The Digital Transformation and Research division has been established to define, design, enhance delivery and sustainability of our most significant service improvement and digital transformation opportunities. 

Digital Experience is part of the Digital and Information stream within the division. The service provides: 

• Process mining and engineering 
• User experience (UX) design 
• Software development 
• Web development 
• Integration / interoperability 
• Automation 
• Testing 
• Digital workflow and adoption support
