The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Compliance Officer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

  • Be responsible for lodging and finalising Criminal History, Blue Card and Aged Care Checks
  • Undertake monthly cost reconciliations of Criminal History, Blue Care and Aged Care checks, ensuring applicable costs are invoiced/journaled to the appropriate business areas
  • Undertake regular compliance checks for Blue Cards and Aged Care checks, responsible for completing and maintaining audit reports
  • Link new employees and de-link separated employees through the Blue Card Portal
  • Maintain efficient record management processes and systems, prioritising workload effectively to allow for adhoc tasks

About you

To be successful in this position:

  • Data entry and/or high-volume processing experience in a variety of systems would be well regarded
  • Previous recruitment experience would be well regarded

Salary

  • Permanent full time
  • Base salary ranging from $76 963 - $85 591 per annum

Workforce Policy and Performance key focus has been working on initiatives through technology, developing policy, applying governance and providing data to clients on our workforce.

The Attraction and Recruitment team consists of Team Leads, Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Officers based at Carrara Health Centre. The team delivers a range of services including a full End to End model for all nursing, midwifery and mental health recruitment functions and the BAU model supports Hiring Managers throughout various parts of the recruitment process.
