The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Business Change Advisor to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

  • Provide high-level advice to key stakeholders on change management approaches
  • Develop change management, communication and training plans so that stakeholders are fully briefed on objectives, milestones, tasks, actions and progress
  • Develop stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessments and business change impact assessments
  • Design and develop change and communication tools and training programs using digital and non-digital formats

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

  • Qualifications in Training and Assessment and/or formal training in change management or a related field would be well regarded
  • Substantial experience in the delivery of change and/or training in the healthcare sector and an understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools would be well regarded
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

  • Temporary full time (6 months with possibility of extension)
  • Base salary ranging from $4 651.70 - $4 982.80 per fortnight
