About us:

The Nurse-Led Walk in Clinic will provide assessment, treatment and advice to adults and children (aged over 2 years) for non-life-threatening injuries and illness, as well as trauma-informed, women-focused services, 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm.

The service model aims to improve long-term health outcomes and improved access to care in the community, reducing demand on hospitals. Services will be provided free of charge.

About the role:

  • Cleaning duties include (but are not limited to): light and heavy cleaning tasks, high and low cleaning including walls, windows, ceilings, furniture and fittings and dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, polishing, and sweeping.
  • Maintain high standards in all work practices and procedures by following routine procedures and established techniques to complete tasks as directed.
  • Teamwork is very important, and you need to have the ability to work cooperatively with your work colleagues across the facility to achieve desired goals.

About you:

Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in the provision of Health Support Services would be well regarded.

  • Demonstrated knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in equipment, products, standards, policies, and procedures related to Operational Services.
  • Ability to carry out duties with a minimum of supervision, to set realistic work priorities, have good organisational skills and to meet deadlines.

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $55,564 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $31.24 - $33.33 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
