We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinicians to join our Acute Care Team, Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services at the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based clinical services to individuals with mental health challenges. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, delivering tailored care to improve mental health outcomes and enhance quality of life for patients.

Your opportunity:
- Deliver clinical services within an integrated mental health service environment with a multidisciplinary team focus. The provisions of these services are to consumers and carers experiencing and affected by serious mental disorders and other serious mental health problems across both the community and inpatient settings.
- Participation in all aspects of the Model of Service Delivery including an extended hours service.
- To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Acute Care Team by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
Two Permanent Full Time Positions (76 hours p.f.) and One Permanent Part Time Position (38 hours p.f.).

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,960 - $115,604 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $54.45 - $58.30 p.h. (p/t) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)), or remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $76,747 - $112,805 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $38.71 - $56.89 p.h., (p/t) (HP3), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Two Permanent Full Time Positions, 76 hours p.f., and One Permanent Part Time Position, 38 hours p.f.)
