Your opportunity:

  • Wide Bay Hospital and Health Services (WBHHS) is seeking to undertake a detailed planning project in preparation of the implementation of the ieMR from 1st July 2025
  • To develop, deliver and evaluate effective computer-based training initiatives to support the implementation of the integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) within Digital Healthcare Program (DHP).
  • The Clinical Business Partner role is critical to Wide Bay Hospital and Health Services in providing a consolidated service offering and be a thorough leader and manage the Governance, Strategic Roadmap, Standardisation, Project Development and delivery lifecycle for the Clinicians to manage the strategic direction in a structured and fit-for-business manner and be the functional lead in stakeholder management.
  • The Clinical Business Partner role is critical to WBHHS in providing a consolidated service offering and be a thorough leader and manage the Governance, Strategic Roadmap, Product delivery lifecycle management and be the functional lead in stakeholder management.

Temporary Full Time Position (76 hours p.f.) from the date of appointment until 30 June 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $164,212 p.a., comprising salary between $132,562 - $143,924 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7) or remuneration package value up to $167,587 p.a., comprising salary between $140,767 - $146, 883 p.a. (HP5), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f.).
