Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

Your Opportunity:

The Senior Commercial Leasing Officer:

• Coordinates the optimal use of CHQ property (land and buildings), revenue leases and a range of occupancy licenses and management agreements.
• Requires a detailed operating knowledge of the management of commercial revenue leased and license agreements, landlord obligations, property governance and control arrangements for the Statewide CHQ portfolio including clinical and non-clinical workspaces.
• Coordinates and manages in identifying potential tenants, negotiating revenue lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations.
• Manages the crucial role of maximizing occupancy rates and focusing on revenue generation through leases and licenses.
