An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker (Clinical Improvement Coordinator) to join the Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services Team at the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay or Maryborough Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
- The purpose of this role is to combine high level clinical knowledge and understanding with the utilisation of data, information, and analytics to support in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a range of diverse projects and strategies designed to drive clinical and service improvement. Furthermore, this role provides education, training, and resources to improve the Mental Health and Specialised Services workforce's digital literacy, increase understanding and use of digital capabilities and clinical measurement and improve overall data and information quality in mental health and specialised services.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.), from date of appointment until 9th December 2025 with the possibility of extension

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $13,113 p.m., comprising salary between $4,912.70 - $5,286.40 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f., from date of appointment until 9th December 2025 with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy).
