Your opportunity:
- This role provides generalist occupational therapy clinical services, including, but not limited to, home modifications, hands/upper limb rehabilitation, paediatrics, orthopaedic conditions, mobility and daily living aids equipment prescription, neurological disorders, burns, oedema, falls prevention, and aged and acute care; to eligible clients across the age continuum.
- The Occupational Therapist is based at Gayndah Health Service and travels regularly to supply quality inpatient, outpatient and health promotion services across rural hospitals/ multipurpose facilities in the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.
- This position is a rural generalist training position and has a dedicated 0.1FTE of the work role is dedicated to training and development activities. The incumbent undertakes an approved Rural Generalist Education Program.
One Permanent Part Time Position (38 hours p.f.) and One Temporary Part Time Position (38 hours p.f.) for 12 months with the possibility of extension *The successful candidate will enjoy a unique opportunity to combine permanent part-time and temporary part-time roles, creating a full-time position for 12 months.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $66,283 p.a., comprising salary rates $39.87 - $58.60 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (One Permanent Part Time Position, 38 hours p.f., and One Temporary Part Time Position, 38 hours p.f., for 12 months with the possibility of extension).
