Bundaberg Hospital is seeking experienced Engineering Tradespersons (Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Mechanics) to join our dynamic Building, Engineering and Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the hospital. As part of the team, you will contribute to ensuring optimal comfort and reliability for our patients, staff, and visitors by providing high-quality maintenance services in a critical healthcare environment. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland.

Your opportunity:
- The position is responsible for providing efficient and cost-effective air conditioning and refrigeration systems planned preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and minor new work at Bundaberg Hospital and other facilities within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service as required.
2 x Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $103,065 p.a., comprising salary between $76,530 - $90,332 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HBEA9-HBEA6) (2 x Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f., from date of appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy).
