An exciting opportunity is currently available for experienced Allied Health Assistants to join the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Services Team at the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
- To assist the multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of rehabilitative/restorative therapy to clients of the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service.
- To function independently as a member of the team under the delegation and direction of the Integrated Care Rehabilitation therapists and clinical nurses.
- Integrated Care Rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary team that provides Transition Care Services. This Service is patient centred and provide care that facilitates early discharge and assists in preventing avoidable admissions.
