An exciting opportunity is currently available for experienced Enrolled Nurses to join the Nursing Resource Team at the Hervey Bay Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
- The Enrolled Nurse (EN) practices under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) providing clinical and patient-centred care within the Nursing Resource Service. The EN utilises their knowledge, skill and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, whilst maintaining regular communication and assistance from the RN.
- Several Permanent Full Time and Part Time positions and Casual vacancies for Enrolled Nurses for the Nursing Resource Service.
- Enrolled Nurses within the Nursing Resource Service are rostered and allocated to various roles within Hervey Bay Hospital. Acute services within the hospital include: Medical, Surgical, Emergency, Theatre, Central Sterilising and Supply Department and the Permanent Pool.
Several Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) and casual positions available.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $86,258 p.a., comprising salary between $71,234 - $75,602 p.a. (f/t) or salary between $35.93 - $38.13 (p/t) and annual leave loading (17.5%) or salary between $44.19 - $46.90 p.h. (casual), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) (Nurse Grade 3) (Several Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f., and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable and casual positions available) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
