Your opportunity

  • The Nursing Director Workforce Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) is a nursing leadership and management position, accountable for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services within the (WBHHS) specifically Nursing Workforce.
  • The Nursing Director Workforce (WBHHS) is also accountable at an expert professional and leadership level for the delivery of high quality, evidence-informed nursing standards within the WBHHS.
  • To lead the ongoing design, planning, development, implementation and management of nursing workforce strategies, providing high level advice for other Nursing Directors and executive team.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $198,959 p.a., comprising salary of $174,378 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 11) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
