Your opportunity:

  • Lead the provision of strategic and expert practical industrial and employment relations advice and support to the Chief Executive and Executive Management Team within Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS), including responsibility for industrial and employment relations, management and oversight of complaints of corrupt conduct, Public Interest Disclosures and in relation to the Human Rights Act (Qld) 2019.

This role can be filled by either an experienced Principal Advisor or a Principal Lawyer.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $182,185 p.a., comprising salary between $150,906 - $159,677 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8/PO6) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
