In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- To provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner, maintain the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with parents, patients, members of the public and departmental staff both in person and over the telephone.
- Provide high quality confidential secretarial and general administrative support to the Allergy and Immunology Department, Division of Medicine, including Nurse Manager.
- Provide confidential and personal support to staff.
- Perform data collection and data entry requirements as directed.
- Proficiently complete functions associated with the bookings for appointments, managing appointment cancellations, and rescheduling using the relevant information systems in a timely manner.
