As the Senior Program Development Coordinator TMP wil lead and contribute to program development, service coordination, and integration efforts across the Pasifika and Māori health programs, and broader Multicultural Health team activities within Brisbane South PHN, while contributing to regional systems responses. All activities will be aligned to the achievement of program outcomes and the broader strategic goals and vision of Brisbane South PHN.

About the Team

Brisbane South PHN and Children's Health Queensland have committed to work collaboratively with local community service providers to provide a unified approach to support Pasifika and Māori peoples to thrive. This cross-sector collaboration is guided by the strategic framework for Pasifika and Māori health and wellbeing for Brisbane South.

About the Role

In this role you will put in place the right elements for CHQ to deliver meaningful outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Portfolio) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:

  • Provide coordination of the Pasifika and Māori Health and Wellbeing Strategy and other relevant initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve objectives within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Lead the co-design, procurement, coordination, and evaluation of services/programs (as per the Primary Health Network's Commissioning Framework)
