The Senior Advisor Property will provide high level advice and expertise to support the management of corporate real estate functions on a state-wide basis. You will develop, implement, and undertake a broad range of property functions including acquisition, disposal, leasing, site analysis and due diligence within Queensland Health as part of a decentralised property ownership model to support Hospital and Health Services.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will formulate, analyse and provide reliable, high quality and complex technical advice and recommendations to management, executives, clients and stakeholders in relation to property strategies, transactions, and issues.
We're seeking a dynamic Property Advisor with expertise in corporate real estate functions with particular reference to property transactions in the context of a large and geographically dispersed public sector organisation. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to actively contribute to the achievement of significant project deliverables, business priorities and timeframes within a complex and changing environment.
- Demonstrated success in establishing, developing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including high level verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills to formulate sound advice and recommendations that contribute to the success of organisational outcomes.
