About the role
Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the smooth implementation of BIM and dRofus workflows and platforms across HIQ projects. In this role, you will review BIM and dRofus deliverables as part of HIQ's internal design reviews, communicate Queensland Health's BIM/dRofus requirements to internal and external project teams, and help ensure consistent digital delivery standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and support the application of Queensland Health's BIM and dRofus guidance, ensuring effective and consistent use across projects.
- Conduct technical reviews of BIM and dRofus deliverables to ensure alignment with the Design Assurance Framework and planning data integration.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of BIM and data integration guidance documents, improving workflows and data quality standards.
- Participate in internal and cross-jurisdictional working groups focused on BIM, digital delivery, and data management in health infrastructure.
About you:
- Expertise in Digital Engineering Advisory (project management, procurement, and digital engineering management).
- Strong background in Business Processes, including process mapping, re-engineering, integration with asset management, and automation.
- Skilled in Technology Advice, with specialist knowledge of software requirements and integration, modelling, spatial planning, and geospatial platforms.
