About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide high quality, effective, efficient, professional, and confidential administrative support to the Director, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, Metro North Mental Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- On behalf of the Director, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health and within level of authority, liaise, facilitate, direct, negotiate and request information, responses and/or seek resolutions from members of the MNMH Executive Leadership Team and other Metro North Health staff as required, to support the efficient communication and co-ordination / achievement of required outcomes.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, including diary and email support and co-ordination of relevant briefing material for meetings.
- Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships while managing expectations.
