About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide administration support to the MNMH Research Team to continually develop, implement and evaluate research and continuous improvement governance processes across MNMH. Under the direction of the Director, Research, Strategy and Evaluation, the administration support officer will actively contribute to activities relating to communicating and reporting about research, evaluation and continuous improvement activities across MNMH.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide secretariat duties for the Research Support Committee and other identified steering committees.
- Contribute to the maintenance of timely and accurate input and collection of MNMH and AOD research and service improvement activity and reporting of metrics.
- Comply with and utilise procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon position including contemporary human resource management requirements and practices such as workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination policies.
- Staff are expected to be compliant with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related data and information relevant to their work area requirements.
