About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational culture and driving meaningful engagement, performance, and wellbeing across Metro North's extensive workforce.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Lead the implementation of the cultural change programs, specifically the Have Your Say Survey and Employee Engagement Strategy, ensuring alignment with Metro North Health's values and organisational goals.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate action plans and strategies in collaboration with the Metro North Board, executives, employees, clinicians, consumers, and other stakeholders to ensure engagement initiatives are effective and integrated across the system.
- Partner with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership team to deliver the Health Equity strategy.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of the Metro North Clinical Council, facility/directorate clinical councils, and other Metro North workgroups facilitating the implementation of engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including the Chief People and Culture Officer, General Manager People and Culture Programs, Metro North Clinical Council Chair, and relevant senior clinicians and directors to facilitate the implementation of engagement action plans and other clinical service improvement initiatives.
