- Establish and lead a largely self-sustaining and highly regarded procurement function by recruiting, developing and coaching talented procurement professionals in an environment and organisation that stretches and develops each member of the team to their full potential.
- Strategically influence the design and implementation of best-in-class procurement processes, systems, and tools, including e-procurement and data management solutions, to ensure optimal management of all non-labour expenditures and seamless operational execution.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with critical suppliers, positioning MNHHS as a preferred customer to secure commercial advantages and enhance supplier performance through collaborative engagement.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement and supply chain capabilities, driving cost efficiencies, risk mitigation, and the realisation of sustainable value year on year.
