About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide high level administrative support to the Director, Commercial Services and to manage the administrative function of the Commercial Services directorate
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day activities in the Commercial Services Directorate, including coordinating the daily flow of business and providing high level, confidential administrative support to the Director, Commercial Services.
- Ensure the provision of efficient administrative support to the Director, including appointments and meetings, organising venues, financial management, travel arrangements and accommodation, and receive visitors and delegations.
- Undertake a variety of project and committee support activities, including providing executive support for meetings, preparing and disseminating agendas, papers and minutes in a timely manner and following up action items to support the Director.
- Manage the submission of documentation for Commercial Services meetings and work with submitting parties to ensure all information is complete, returning those that are not completed to an adequate standard.
- Maintain effective time management practices for the Director including coordinating diary appointments, prioritising correspondence, email management and screening telephone calls.
