About the role
Provide general administrative support as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and admin support to the Team Managers x 2 (Qld Treatment and Service Development), Qld Eating Disorder Service. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate statistical database maintenance and assisting in the administrative requirements in the coordination of clinical reviews and processing of referrals. This position also oversees day-to-day building and asset maintenance and procurement for the facility.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide high level of secretarial support to the Team Manager including diary maintenance, preparation of HR forms for sign off and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain HR/Payroll forms – filing and sending to appropriate persons for processing.
- Work as a committed, flexible and effective team member with a willingness to assist in the fulfilment of required duties of other administrative officers as required.
- Effectively manage workload; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated fixed and changing timeframes.
