About the role
Provide ongoing lease/licence administration and record management to ensure data is appropriately managed. Utilisation of the financial system to ensure correct invoicing processes are followed and that revenue is received in a timely manner according to the lease/licence terms.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Support the Director Commercial Services to provide a point of accountability and manage all aspects of revenue lease/licence operation and reporting within Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
- Protection of Metro North's reputation by ensuring the highest standard possible is achieved in revenue lease/licence activities including probity, accountability and transparency.
- Ensure all revenue leases/licences are maintained as current and planning activities are proactively undertaken to maintain contractual obligations and to comply with Department of Health requirements for establishing leases/licences.
- Ensure communication and consultation with key stakeholders to ensure all processes are compliant and inclusive, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring successful outcomes.
