About you
Provide operational leadership to Roster Support Officers within a client-focused environment. This role will facilitate effective business and rostering practices, delegated activities, and decisions that ensure the provision of an efficient roster support service, supporting line managers and Roster Support Officers across MNHHS.
- Undertake and allocate work as required to meet roster change processing requirements and timeframes to ensure accurate and timely pay delivery outcomes.
- Positively contribute to business improvement processes in the work unit.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of the WFM Electronic Rostering processes, timeframes and requirements to deliver quality rostering outcomes and to contribute to process and workflow improvement and efficiencies.
- Participate in client engagement meetings and maintain regular communications with line managers to provide advice concerning rostering timeframes, processes and requirements.
- Monitor and manage the performance and processing outputs of roster support officers within the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of rostering changes.
