Permanent part time opportunity to provide effective and efficient customer focused administrative services within the department of Genetic Health Queensland.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outlined below.
• Responsible for the provision of high-quality administrative services to the department including (but not limited to) referral management, appointment bookings, answering telephones, checking in patients via telehealth, patient enquiries, clinic preparation, reception duties, typing, faxing and filing.
• Continually improve the workplace and work processes, through innovation and consultation to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Provide support to clinical staff and activities including distribution of patients' medical records, preparing documents for scanning, providing clinic lists and labels.
