About Us:

Kippa Ring State School is a unique and caring school that is located on the Redcliffe Peninsula. We work together to make our school a vibrant, productive and safe place to grow. The community of Kippa-Ring State School invites you to become part of this, as an active member. 

We have a range of playgrounds, 2 sports grounds, tennis courts, netball courts, gardens and open space. Facilities for the school are being continually developed. Within the rooms, teachers have developed a variety of teaching approaches to cater for the needs of every child incorporating information and communication technologies into their everyday practice.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business.
