Ferny Grove State High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated International Student Homestay Coordinator to manage and coordinate high quality support to international students as well as coordinate our International Study Tour Programs.
This is a full-time temporary position, commencing
as soon as possible to 12 December 2025, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role
As the International Student Homestay Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide ongoing support and pastoral care to international students, ensuring their wellbeing and successful integration into the school and wider community.
- Foster positive relationships with homestay families and assist with homestay arrangements in line with Education Queensland International (EQI) policies and procedures.
- Work with the Head of Languages, EQI, and international agents to coordinate inbound international study tours, including planning, logistics, and cultural experiences for visiting student groups.
- Promote international programs and intercultural engagement across the school community.
- Ensure all activities align with EQI expectations and support the school's commitment to global education and student wellbeing.
