Eatons Hill State School is seeking expressions of interest for a temporary AO2 Administrative Officer position, from 3 June 2025 to 19 September 2025.
As an Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school by providing high-level administrative support.
This role is 0.77 FTE, working 7 hours per day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with an Allocated Day Off (ADO).

This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About the Role 

As the Administrative Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Customer service and office duties (phone, counter enquiries, messages)
  • Student support
  • Provide confidential administrative support (word processing, databases, spreadsheets)
  • Manage student enrolments
  • Interpret and apply policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements
  • Other duties as assigned by the Administration team

Preferred but not mandatory, desirable skills for this role include OneSchool experience, teamwork and collaboration, strong communication skills, efficient multi-tasking and time management, the ability to work independently, and a quick learning ability to acquire necessary knowledge.
