Undurba State School has an opportunity for an existing classroom teacher to join the Inclusion team on a temporary basis. This successful applicant will work within our Inclusion Team and assist classroom teachers and curriculum leaders to develop and effectively implement responses to students with learning needs across learning areas or subjects.

As the Inclusion Teacher you will:
- Co-planning, preparation and delivery of differentiated and effective learning and teaching programs for
identified students, including those with a disability, to improve their learning outcomes. - Partner with teachers in assessing and monitoring the progress of students, including those with a
disability. - In cooperation with the classroom teacher, teach whole classes, small groups, individuals and co-teach as
negotiated within the guidelines of the Inclusion Policy - Work alongside classroom teachers to contribute additional expertise in planning, teaching, assessing and
monitoring student achievement and progress, including students on an ICP - Maintain appropriate documentation, including One School Support Provisions and PLPs and equitably
allocate their time, along with Teacher Aide time, to ensure identified students receive the support they
require to succeed. - Use resources, in partnership with class teachers, to effectively meet the diverse needs of their students.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. Pre-service/graduate teachers must have been granted provisional registration prior to commencing employment as a teacher. For more information regarding registration requirements, please Click Here.
- Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.
- Working rights in Australia, which means you have, or you are eligible to obtain a valid Australian Visa with work rights (if you're not already an Australian Citizen or resident).
