About the Role:

The Business Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial, operational, and human resource functions within a dynamic school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading diverse teams, driving service delivery excellence, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Managing human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Developing, monitoring, and advising on the school's budget to ensure compliance and effective resource use.
  • Overseeing facilities and project management, including maintenance, renovations, and contractor negotiations.
  • Building networks with staff, community representatives, and other Business Managers to uphold best practices.
This role suits a strategic, collaborative leader with expertise in financial management, HR, and operational efficiency.
