About the Role
Red Hill Special School is seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of the school. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, this role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception duties, correspondence, student records, and enrolments.
- Assisting with staff processes, including timesheets, rosters, and relief arrangements.
- Handling financial tasks such as processing payments, invoices, and school financial data.
- Coordinating transport, maintenance, and community bookings for school activities and facilities.
- Preparing documents, reports, newsletters, and providing clear communication to stakeholders.
This is a temporary, part-time position (2-3 days per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive school community.
