- Lead relevant curriculum areas and whole-school programs to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.

- Set high expectations for staff and student performance and lead ongoing professional learning.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with students, staff, parents, community groups and external agencies.
- Contribute positively to the leadership team and drive continuous school improvement.
