About the Role:
Narangba Valley State High School is seeking a Vocational Trainer who can plan, deliver, and assess nationally recognised training for senior secondary students in any combination of the following qualifications:
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Certificate III in Business
- Certificate III in IT
- Certificate III in Hospitality
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate II in Engineering Pathways
- Certifiicate II in Horticulture
- Certificate II in Active Volunteering
- Certificate II in Finance
- Certificate II in Cookery
- Certificate IV in Justice
Additional Qualifications and experience with Cloud Asses would also be favourable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with relevant Training Packages and AQF standards.
- Assess student competency and maintain accurate records to ensure RTO compliance.
- Facilitate structured workplace learning and liaise with employers to support student placements.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and consumables used in practical training environments.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
