As a Pedagogy Coach, you will be expected to:
- Collaborate with teachers to implement high-impact teaching strategies that enhance student engagement, access, independence, and resilience.
- Build staff capability in the design, implementation, and reflection of effective teaching and learning practices.
- Observe, model, and coach teachers in the use of high-impact instructional strategies to strengthen professional capability and improve classroom outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and Classroom Profiling is desirable.
This position would be suitable for an experienced teacher who can motivate colleagues to develop practice and improve student outcomes.
The successful applicant would have knowledge, understanding and skills in high quality teaching practice and be willing to work collaboratively in a wide range of teams.
