About the Role

The successful applicant will contribute to the day-to-day financial and corporate services operations of the school, supporting staff, students, and families through accurate financial management and professional advice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a range of financial administrative services, including accounts receivable and payable, data entry, and maintenance of financial registers.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, corporate card, and charge card transactions through OneSchool.
  • Assisting with the management of the Student Resource Scheme (SRS), payment plans, and Centrepay.
  • Supporting the Business Manager with financial activities, including budget reviews, problem-solving, and recommending solutions.
  • Contributing to asset and resource management, including stocktakes and facilities coordination.

This role would suit a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for supporting educational excellence through effective financial and administrative operations.

About You

The following traits would be beneficial:

  • Strong financial administration skills with high attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of financial and administrative compliance requirements.
  • Ability to interpret and apply departmental policies and procedures.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience using OneSchool (highly desirable).
