Key Responsibilities Include
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for educational excellence and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a complex organizational environment.
Your role will include:
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with the school's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage human resources for school support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee significant facilities projects, including maintenance, asset management, and infrastructure planning.
- Collaborate with school leadership to identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, parents, and external partners, to support the school community.
About You
The following traits would be beneficial:
- Proven experience in school or business management at a senior or strategic level.
- Strong financial expertise, including managing complex budgets and financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
