An opportunity exists to join our passionate, highly effective Administration team as our A02 front counter staff member.

The successful candidate will be friendly and confident, able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks.

This position is available from mid-Term 2, 2026 for the remainder of the year with the possibility of extension.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:

Hours for the role:5 days per week, 9.00-3.00 = 5.5 hrs per day + 30 min unpaid meal break.

Responsibilities include:

  • Front counter reception tasks - face-to-face, phone and e-mail interaction with community members, students and staff to respond to or direct inquiries
  • Student first aid
  • Finance: invoicing and handling payments for families and facility hirers
  • Communication: Deployment of our newsletter and information letters
  • Events: supporting the management of incursions and excursions
