About the Role:

As a Claims Management Officer, you'll support the delivery of injury management services in order to help employees successfully return to work. You'll work closely with schools, external providers, and stakeholders to manage claims and improve outcomes.
Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing claims management services including completing and managing paperwork for WorkCover and Income Protection claims
  • Entering leave on the Departments TSS (The Solution Series) payroll system
  • Liaising with stakeholders including WorkCover and income protection insurers
  • Processing claim related documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring payments and reconciling claims
  • Supporting schools and teams with injury management processes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems and service delivery

Experience in administration, use of TSS (payroll system) claims, HR, or case management will be highly regarded.
