Business Manager - Undurba State School

Undurba State School is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Manager.

In this role, you will interpret and analyse business plans and work closely with the Principal to deliver a range of corporate services.

You will oversee the timely delivery of executive and administrative support, identify opportunities to improve processes, supervise the support staff team, and foster an environment where high‑quality services are delivered through best practice and positive, forward‑thinking leadership.

About the School: 

Undurba State School is a Prep-Year 6 school in Murrumba Downs, established in 1978 and set on nine hectares, with a strong focus on high expectations, academic excellence in English and mathematics, individualised support, student wellbeing, and a vision of empowering every learner to reach their potential.

About the role:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Demonstrates strong autonomy in achieving business service outcomes within a dynamic school environment.
  • Leads diverse teams effectively and models high standards of service delivery, professionalism and workplace expectations.
  • Provides high‑level support and leadership across a broad range of executive and administrative functions.
  • Actively contributes to a workplace culture that values inclusion, diversity and belonging.
