About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Demonstrate ethical, values-based leadership while embedding socially just and inclusive practices across all aspects of school life.
  • Set and maintain high expectations for student achievement, staff performance, and continuous professional growth through lifelong learning and development.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, government agencies, industry, and business to support student success and school improvement.
  • Provide strategic, future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies and managing resources effectively to achieve school goals.
