Step into our Head of School - Secondary position for 6 months

Earnshaw State College are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative and innovative leader to join our leadership team from 13 July to 11 December, unless otherwise determined.

You will play a key role in strengthening student learning and achievement across the college by fostering positive and productive relationships with students, staff, families, community members and key stakeholders.

About the School

Located in Brisbane's north, Earnshaw State College is a dynamic Prep to Year 12 P-12 learning community committed to delivering high-quality education through a strong culture of excellence, inclusion and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As the Head of School - Secondary, you will:

  • Demonstrate the capability to lead strategic improvement priorities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of P - 12 environments.
  • Demonstrate the capability to develop partnerships and relationships within and outside the college.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of timetabling for P - 12 and experience in senior secondary processes and data collection and requirements.
